Privacy
Last updated November 1, 2026. Kitchen Table Tech collects as little personal information as it can, uses it only to arrange and provide visits and to send the emails you ask for, and never sells it.
Who we are

What we collect, and why

Please do not send us passwords or health details. We do not need them and do not keep them.
During a visit
- You type your own passwords. We never ask for them and never keep them.
- Nothing on your device is copied or recorded.
- We do not put anything from your device, or any health details, into any AI tool or other system.
- Your printed cheat sheet stays with you. We do not keep a copy with your details on it.
Where it is stored
Information from the forms is stored on a server we control, rented from DigitalOcean in New York, United States, and in our business records system on that same server. Square processes payments in Canada and the United States. Information stored in the United States may be accessible to authorities there under United States law.
Emails we send
We only email people who contacted us first or who ticked the box to receive the checklist and tips. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask, in any form.
How long we keep it
We keep visit details for as long as we need them to provide the service and to keep the business and tax records the law requires. Checklist sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. We keep the record of your consent, and of your unsubscribing, as proof.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Email hello@kitchentabletech.ca and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This website
This site uses no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts and some photographs from Unsplash, which means those services receive your internet address when the page loads. The photographs are illustrations and do not show our clients.
